Welcome to GIfka!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GIfka mobile application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Registration and Account Management

To use the App, you must register by providing certain personal information. The App is available to users of all ages.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You are responsible for keeping a backup of any information stored in the app, so in the event any information is deleted it will be able to be restored.
The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account for any reason without notice or liability.

2. Privacy and Data Security

You provide personal information at your own risk. The company employs accepted industry practices to protect your data but cannot guarantee its absolute security.
The company may share your information with third parties for business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.
The company may contact you through various channels for marketing, surveys, and other purposes.

3. Liability and Disclaimers

The company provides information about stores and brands for convenience and strives for accuracy. However, we do not guarantee the correctness of this information and are not liable for any inaccuracies or damages resulting from such inaccuracies.
The App and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, utility, content, and all intellectual property rights therein, are owned by the company and protected under the Intellectual Property laws of Israel.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
The App includes brands' logos or other brands' trademarks. All logos are trademarks of their respective owners. The company presents them exclusively for the user's convenience and does not claim ownership or imply endorsement by the brands.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.
Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the App.

6. Changes to Terms

The company reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App or through other communications.
Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be adjudicated in the courts of Israel.

8. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the company regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
